Understand Technique

There's no one right way to do an exercise. As a coach I want you to understand how we can manipulate technique to better suit you body and desired outcomes. The way a powerlifter, bodybuilder, and rugby player all squat will look different – context matters!

Disciplined intensity

I'll help you develop the ability to train intensely, when needed, without giving-in to your mind's desire to stop or to cheat yourself. It takes time, practice, and the right starting point. Eventually, you may enjoy it! A little masochism doesn't hurt.

We all have different pursuits and circumstances; it's my job to help you acheive your goals EFFICIENTLY, managing all the relevant variables.

Consistency

Whether it's weight loss or putting kilos on your bench, it takes consistency above all else to make big changes. The focus should always be on creating the wanted LONG-TERM TRENDS. Worrying over the minutiae is just a source of unnecessary stress. Learn to adapt to your collected data and accept some trial and error.
